Ramos Tax Resolution

Terrapin-hosted sites give approved professionals a controlled public presence. Public pages handle discovery and enrollment; authenticated financial and case activity remains inside the Terrapin platform.
The secure Tax Debt Pros Estimator opens in the authenticated taxpayer flow. You can complete and review the estimate before deciding whether to share the finalized evaluation with a listed practitioner.
Start the Estimate now. After finalization, the results page lets you find a practitioner, review the available choices, authorize sharing, and send the completed Evaluation and PDF.
Only active practitioners published to the Terrapin directory and accepting platform leads are shown here.
The public Terrapin page does not collect taxpayer financial details. The Estimate runs in the authenticated taxpayer application. A completed Evaluation is shared only after the taxpayer selects a practitioner and records the required consent. Client activation remains a separate, practitioner-controlled step.
Ramos and Clarke use the same controlled component tree. Theme, navigation labels, media, links, practitioner details, and approved content come from structured configuration.

New sites use the same shell, theme registry, security rules, and organization-scoped attribution.
The public application creates a review record. Organization access and the trial require separate Admin actions and authenticated platform access.
Confirm the practitioner work email with a one-time code.
Accept required terms, privacy, and application-contact consent.
Platform Admin verifies the practice and requested capabilities.
Admin approves the trial and creates a pending AWS organization.
A Cognito invitation is sent and the trial begins at first Case Workspace sign-in.
Terrapin controls the component tree, accessibility, security headers, forms, and platform links.
Practitioners configure a theme, logo, public copy, navigation labels, video, and contact links.
Case Workspace and approved integrations remain organization-scoped and separate from the public site.
The hosted site never receives adapter secrets, taxpayer financial payloads, or integration credentials. Verification, consent, approval, and access evidence remain in AWS.
No organization or practitioner account is created until a Platform Admin approves the request.
